Welcome to Net Travels! We are thrilled to have you as our valued customer. Before you embark on your journey with us, we kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern our services. The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Net Travels (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

These booking conditions only apply to the trip arrangements which you book with us in Israel and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions to “trip”, “booking”, “contract” or “arrangements” mean such trip arrangements unless otherwise stated. References to “departure” mean the start date of these arrangements.

  • Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our travel company. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your itinerary.

1.2 Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, as per the terms specified at the time of booking. Payment can be made in Israeli Shekels (ILS) or other currencies as agreed upon.

1.3 Changes to Bookings: Changes to your booking, including date changes, may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation and Refunds:

2.1  Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or via email. Cancellation fees may apply, which will be specified in your booking confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation by the Travel Company: In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative option or issue a refund, subject to our discretion.

2.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original booking and may be subject to administrative fees.

  • Travel Documents and Insurance:

3.1 Passport and Visa: It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess a valid passport and any necessary visas or entry permits for your travel to Israel. Our travel company will not be liable for any issues arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

3.2 Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss or damage to personal belongings, and other unforeseen events. It is your responsibility to arrange and provide proof of travel insurance coverage.

  • Health and Safety:

4.1 Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to check and comply with any health requirements, including vaccinations, for your travel to Israel. Our travel company will not be liable for any health-related issues or expenses incurred.

4.2 Safety: While we make efforts to ensure the safety and security of our customers, it is your responsibility to exercise caution, follow local laws and customs, and adhere to any safety instructions provided by our travel company or its representatives during your trip.

  • Limitation of Liability:

5.1 Damages or Losses: The company will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of its negligence. The company is not responsible for the actions of independent contractors or other third parties. We promise to make sure that the trip arrangements we have agreed to make, perform or provide as applicable as part of our contract with you are made, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. Please note, it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim against us. In addition, we will only be responsible for what our employees, agents and suppliers do or do not do if they were at the time acting within the course of their employment (for employees) or carrying out work we had asked them to do (for agents and suppliers).

5.2 We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:

your act(s) and/or omission(s); or

the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your trip and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or

‘force majeure’.

5.3 We cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services which any supplier agrees to provide or arrange for you where we have not agreed to provide or arrange these services as part of our contract. Such additional services will include any activities which do not form part of your contracted trip arrangements which a supplier agrees to provide or arrange for you while you are away.

5.4 Where any claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or is based on any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on and/or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea or rail carrier to which any international convention or EU regulation applies, the maximum amount of compensation we will have to pay you will be limited. The most we will have to pay you for that claim or that part of a claim if we are found liable to you on any basis is the most the carrier concerned would have to pay under the international convention or regulation which applies to the travel arrangements in question.
Please note: where a carrier would not be obliged to make any payment to you under the applicable international convention or regulation in respect of a claim or part of a claim, we similarly are not obliged to make a payment to you for that claim or part of the claim. When making any payment, we are entitled to deduct any money which you have received or are entitled to receive from the carrier for the claim in question. Copies of the applicable international conventions and regulations are available from us on request.
Please note, we cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which on the basis of the information given to us by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you or which did not result from any breach of contract or other fault by ourselves or our employees or, where we are responsible for them, our suppliers. Additionally we cannot accept liability for any business losses including self employed loss of earnings.
